Post Malone & Morgan Wallen Top Billboard’s First Songs Of The Summer Chart Of The Season

Post Malone and Morgan Wallen‘s “I Had Some Help” is the first No. 1 song on Billboard‘s annual Songs of the Summer chart this season.

“I Had Some Help” is followed by Kendrick Lamar‘s “Not Like Us,” Tommy Richman‘s “Million Dollar Baby,” Shaboozey‘s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” and Sabrina Carpenter‘s “Espresso” in the top five, respectively

The leaders on the 20-track Songs of the Summer chart in previous years are Wallen’s “Last Night” in 2023, Harry Styles‘ “As It Was” in 2022, BTS‘ “Butter” in 2021 and DaBaby‘s “Rockstar,” featuring Roddy Ricch, in 2020.

Billboard‘s Songs of the Summer chart tracks the most popular titles based on cumulative performance on the weekly streaming-, airplay- and sales-based Billboard Hot 100 chart from Memorial Day through Labor Day. At the end of the season, the top song of the summer will be revealed.

“I Had Some Help” is currently also leading on the Hot 100 and Hot Country Songs charts.
