Miranda Lambert recently released a music video for her latest single, “Strange,” a song from her recent album, Palomino.
Lambert said the song is “a celebration of the return to live music after being in such strange times.”
The video shows Lambert, wearing a stunning dress and cowboy boots, taking the stage with her guitar and performing the song to a big audience.
The visual also provides a look at Lambert’s live show at the Windy City Smokeout, scenes from The Bandwagon Tour, and features some behind-the-scenes shots that shows the backstage camaraderie between Lambert and her longtime band and crew. Lambert is also seen posing for photos with fans and signing autographs.
Lambert wrote the song with Luke Dick and Natalie Hemby.
“We wrote this song in the middle of 2020, when live shows felt so far away and we weren’t sure when we’d have that connection with fans again,” says Lambert. “Getting back on the road this summer, and now in Las Vegas, it’s so special to see a crowd full of smiling faces singing along. I love that we were able to capture that feeling with this video!”
