AMY MONTEZ SAT NOON-4P Amy made her radio broadcasting debut on Real Country after parlaying an internship at the station into a professional gig.  Majoring in Radio/TV/Film at Del Mar College, she has successfully juggled working with the Corpus Christi Hooks as a deck hand while attending radio promotions, concerts and community events. Recently named the official escort for the Hook's Sammy mascot she is looking forward to an exciting year! She has quite a knack for country music…give her a few words from a country song and she can tell you what song it’s from! Her future plans include becoming a sports network reporter in a major market. Christened “Amy the Intern” by her mentor Della Adame, Amy has accepted the passing of the microphone on behalf of the next generation of Real Country talents!
